Hard Surface Refinishing
LIMITED WARRANTY
Bathtubs, wall tile, countertops, shower pans, spot repairs are warranted for a period of one year against peeling or other failure of adhesion of the coating. Sinks are not warranted.
This limited warranty is provided by Paper Street Refinishing who performed the work and is subject to any other conditions stated on the face of the invoice and/or care sheet as well as to the following conditions which will void any warranty.

1. The surface must not be allowed to remain continuously wet from items such as bathmats left on the surface without drying out between uses. Bathmats with suction cups should not be used.

2. The bathtub or shower pan must not be used for water storage or contain standing water for extended periods of time.
​
3. Damage caused by continuous wetness from leaking or dripping plumbing.
​
4. Damage, chips or nicks caused by sharp or failing objects, whether by intentional or accidental abuse.
​
5. Staining caused by chemicals, rust or hair dyes.
​
6. Care and cleaning contrary to the Care & Cleaning Instructions Sheet.
​
7. Any movement in the substructure of the surface which, in turn, causes movement in the refinished surface resulting in a crack or split in the refinished surface or grout lines.
​
8. Most refinished surfaces must be allowed to completely cure (at room temperature between 60-80 degrees) between 24-48 hours before any contact or use. Countertops and vanity tops require at least 24 hours to cure. Light use only, for 72 hours, is recommended. Although the refinished surface can be put back into full use after that time, the surface may actually continue to harden for up to 30 days. Therefore, it is suggested that the Care and Cleaning Instruction Sheet guidelines are followed especially during that time frame. Do not touch or use the surface during those 24-48 hours unless otherwise instructed by the refinisher. The refinished areas must remain free of moisture or water during those 24-48 hours.

9. Damage from any activity or use which is not normal or intended use of the refinished surface or recommended by the original manufacturer
In the event of any failure covered under this warranty, Paper Street Refinishing will, at its option, either (1) repair the failed area (2) refinish the entire surface or (3) refund the price of the job.
Caulk, plumbing, reoccurring rust and shower doors are not warranted. Travel charges may apply. Any warranty terms or conditions written on the invoice shall control and prevail over any other terms. This warranty covers the workmanship of the refinisher. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to and verified by Paper Street Refinishing who performed the work. Paper Street Refinishing makes no warranty, either direct or implied for any specific job.
Warranty is non transferable.
